Refund Policy

1. Cancellations:
    Prepaid orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
   Please email your cancellation request to Support@detox.co.in
    Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, as our logistics partners initiate charges
   immediately after pickup.
   Refunds:
    Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the refund intimation.
    In case of refunds for prepaid orders, customers will bear the delivery and packaging costs.
    A packaging charge of ₹80 will be deducted for prepaid returns sent back to us.
   Returns/Replacements:
    Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery with appropriate images as proof.
    Returns/Replacements will only be accepted in the following cases:
   1. Damaged, expired, or incorrect products received
   2. Missing items in the order
   Note:
   Requests for return or replacement will not be accepted for reasons other than those mentioned
   above
